How was the moon born?(Origin of the Moon)

How was the moon born?(Origin of the Moon)

The moon is called the earth's satellite.
You can find it somewhere in the sky with your head almost every day.
That's why the Moon is familiar to us.

But the Moon is very mysterious.

(english sub)

The diameter of the Moon is one quarter of the Earth
This is a really big size
It is the fifth of the solar system satellites
Of course, the Earth is very small, but let's think relatively.

But it is strange.
Why is the moon a satellite of the earth?
How was the moon born?

About 4.6 billion years ago there were many interstellar matter around the sun
These were united and dispersed and repeated.
Sometimes they formed lumps and sometimes sculptures.
And new chunks were born.

The birth of the moon is similar to this.

The first appearance of the moon is presumed to be a planet called Theia
Theia was about the size of Mars
This guy has been getting closer to Earth as he wanders the universe.

And eventually it hit the earth.

Much of Theia and Earth were destroyed.
The debris wandered the universe.
But we must remember that there is gravity on Earth.

Earth's gravity causes debris to spin around the Earth
Now, let's recall the situation.
The fragments of the sun centered together and became a new mass.
The fragments around the earth were the same.

They have continued to unite for a long time on the earth.
And finally it was the moon.

Maybe the moon will be called the son of the earth.

One mysterious thing is that it is a coincidence or a gods play, but it looks the same as the sun when you see the moon on Earth

The sun is 400 times bigger than the moon.

But the sun is 400 times far away and looks the same size

Total solar eclipse, which means that the moon completely covers the sun
This is only observable on Earth
Because of the size and distance of the sun and moon

There are over 160 satellites in the solar system.
But there is no special relationship like Earth and Moon.

Now that science is developing, we know that the sun is a greater one.
In the past, however, the sun and the moon were considered equal.
Is this because of these reasons?
